ek66's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in your ek66 account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Users access the platform on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws.
